Suman Saroj Launches Her Debut Novel ‘Glory is Calling’ – A Motivational Journey of Perseverance
Mumbai (Maharashtra), May 5: After facing some of the most challenging moments of her life, Suman Saroj, a 40-year-old self-motivated writer, decided to channel her inner turmoil into something beautiful. Her debut novel, ‘Glory is Calling’, is a soulful guide to perseverance and personal growth. The book was recently launched and is now available for purchase online on Amazon.
Drawing inspiration from the famous saying, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going,” Suman decided to take charge of her life during the pandemic. Like many others, Covid-19 introduced numerous hurdles in her life, including being separated from her family. After managing a dynamic role as a Team Manager, the onset of Covid-19 confined her to the isolation of a quarantine home. Though she resumed work once things settled, something wasn’t clicking. This led her to make a life-changing decision: to take a break from her professional life and pursue her long-held dream of writing a novel.
During the early days of her sabbatical, Suman faced the additional challenge of needing a knee procedure, which took a toll on her mental and financial well-being. However, she is not one to back down easily. After undergoing a period of intense self-reflection during the pandemic, she decided to live her dream of becoming an author, resulting in the creation of ‘Glory is Calling’.
‘Glory is Calling’ is an uplifting and motivational novel that encourages readers to stay dedicated and committed. The inspiration behind the book came from Suman’s personal journey of overcoming setbacks and achieving her dream.
