ETO Motors and AWPO Unleash the Potential of Ex-Servicemen as Micro-Entrepreneurs – Primex News Network

Hyderabad, Telangana, June 12 – ETO Motors and Army Welfare Placement Organization (AWPO) Join Forces to Create Sustainable Opportunities for Ex-Servicemen

ETO Motors Private Limited, a prominent electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has partnered with the Army Welfare Placement Organization (AWPO) to offer sustainable livelihood opportunities to ex-servicemen, war widows, and their families. This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), is designed to help veterans transition smoothly into civilian life with meaningful employment and entrepreneurial options.

As a leading EV manufacturer, ETO Motors has consistently focused on innovative transportation solutions. Through this partnership, ETO aims to provide ex-servicemen with career opportunities that extend beyond traditional roles such as security guards or drivers. The primary goal of this initiative is to offer veterans a chance to engage in long-term, financially rewarding careers and entrepreneurship.

AWPO, renowned for its role in assisting retired soldiers with post-service employment, will be instrumental in identifying and recruiting qualified veterans. The organization will help these individuals either pursue opportunities at ETO Motors or become micro-entrepreneurs by purchasing ETO’s electric vehicles. Veterans who choose to buy a vehicle will receive support from ETO Motors, including assistance in securing bank loans and comprehensive training to ensure smooth integration into the company’s operations.

In addition to promoting entrepreneurship, ETO Motors will also provide numerous job opportunities within its own operations. Positions such as Associates, Plant Managers, Floor Supervisors, Admin-HR Executives, Technical and Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Inventory Managers will be available at ETO’s facilities across India. This wide range of roles aims to ensure that veterans are able to leverage their unique skills in a variety of professional settings.

Pavan Chavali, the Managing Director and CEO of ETO Motors, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: “At ETO Motors, we believe that employment and entrepreneurship are key drivers of societal progress. This collaboration with AWPO is a significant step in empowering ex-servicemen to shape their futures. We see these veterans as invaluable assets, capable of making significant contributions not just to our company, but also to our nation’s workforce. Our goal is to support these exceptional individuals as they embark on new career paths that foster financial independence and entrepreneurial spirit.”

ETO Motors is confident that this partnership will foster socio-economic empowerment for veterans and contribute to job creation across the nation. By broadening the scope of employment opportunities and providing the resources to pursue entrepreneurship, the initiative will empower ex-servicemen to continue contributing meaningfully to society.
