AHP Announces the 6th Edition of the Hospitality Challenge and Awards 2023 with a Special Competition Category for Specially Abled Professionals
New Delhi, India, June 15 – The Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the hospitality industry, is excited to announce the highly anticipated 6th Edition of the AHP Hospitality Challenge and Awards – 2023. This prestigious event will showcase the remarkable talent and creativity of young hospitality professionals, offering them a platform to demonstrate their skills and gain recognition in the industry.
The AHP Hospitality Challenge and Awards 2023 will feature a series of exciting competitions designed to test the participants’ expertise across various operational areas of the hospitality industry. These competitions include the Culinary Challenge, Front Office Master, Art of Bed Making, Art of Towel Folding, War of Spirits, Art of Table Setting, and two special categories: the Hospitality Challenge (Student Category) and the Hospitality Challenge (Specially Abled Category). These events will take place at esteemed venues such as Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Indian Hotel Academy, and The Park, all in New Delhi.

AHP is proud to introduce the Specially Abled Category in the AHP Hospitality Challenge 2023, underscoring their commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunities. Breaking Barriers and Celebrating Diversity
Ms. Devipshita Gautam, General Secretary of AHP, highlighted the significance of the event, saying, “The Hospitality Challenge and Awards have always been a platform for budding talent in the hospitality industry. This year, we are expecting over 300 participants in the under-20 category, making it the largest gathering of young hospitality professionals in India. AHP has also partnered with the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council to support the Skill India Mission and create awareness about the World Skill Competition. After the competitions, AHP will host the AHP Hospitality Excellence Awards 2023 on July 8th, 2023, at the USI Auditorium, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. The awards ceremony promises to be a grand event, attended by prominent hoteliers, restaurateurs, renowned chefs, and hospitality experts. The Hospitality Excellence Awards will recognize the exceptional contributions made by leaders who have shaped the hospitality industry and continue to set new standards in excellence.
