(*10*) Pradesh Assembly Election 2024: (*10*) Pradesh unit of Congress President Nabam Tuki on Tuesday accused the state's ruling party Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of luring their (Congress) candidates with cash to win the meeting elections. Tuki claimed that many party candidates withdrew their nomination papers after big amount of cash was given by the ruling party.
He said that originally this oldest party had fielded candidates on 34 out of 60 meeting seats, however now solely 19 candidates are left. Tuki himself is contesting as a Lok Sabha candidate from (*10*) West parliamentary seat. His party vice chairman Bosiram Siram is contesting from East (*10*) seat.
