Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan has been arrested by ED. He was arrested underneath PMLA within the Waqf Board appointment rip-off. ED arrested him after about 9 hours of interrogation. Amanatullah Khan is accused of murdering 32 folks because the Chairman of Delhi Waqf Board. Illegally recruited. The then CEO of Delhi Waqf Board had issued a press release towards such unlawful recruitment.
On this matter, the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) had interrogated Amanatullah Khan in September 2022.
