A banner of Putin and Hitler with ‘PUTLER WAR CRIMINAL’ was unveiled by Narva Museum in Estonia on 9 May, countering Russian propaganda and emphasising peace.
The Narva Museum in Estonia has unveiled a striking banner on Hermann Castle, depicting a composite image of Vladimir Putin and Adolf Hitler with the caption “Putler – War Criminal!”
Facing Russia across the Narva River, the display coincided with Russia’s Victory Day celebrations.
Museum Director Maria Smorzhevskikh-Smirnova said the banner serves as a reminder of ongoing conflicts and alleged war crimes, emphasising Europe’s values of peace and freedom.
This annual display counters Russian propaganda broadcasts from Ivangorod, reinforcing Estonia’s stance against aggression.
