Although the company has not fully resumed on-premise work and might not do so for the rest of the year, it has started preparing employees to start adjusting to the post-pandemic work environment. Apart from focusing on remote working practices, Techila Global Services also plans to prioritize the mental well-being of employees. The pandemic has taken a toll on the mental health of professionals across the globe. Taking this into consideration, the post-pandemic approach of the company would emphasize the mental health of the employees.

Also, the Salesforce development company has decided to implement more advanced and automated employee monitoring tools for quick and improved assessments. “The company has realized the importance of cloud-based monitoring platforms during the pandemic. These automated tools can be used for monitoring the performance of both on-premise and remote employees. We have been planning to implement more such tools to keep a track of the processes carried out by our employees and obtain valuable insights about the same.”

Along with implementing advanced monitoring tools, Techila Global Services plans on providing extensive training to the employees to help them work on advanced tools and collaborative platforms. This initiative is taken to help non-technical employees to get well-versed with the tools, platforms, and technologies that have become popular during the pandemic. “As an organization, it is our responsibility to ensure that all our employees get back on track after the pandemic in the best way possible.
