Supreme Court: The Supreme Court has refused to listen to on Monday (July 17) the petition filed against standup comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi. The petitioner had mentioned that Bassi had allegedly made derogatory remarks about courts and legal professionals in a programme. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul requested the lawyer whether or not you didn’t have any higher work to do by submitting such a petition.
