Ranjan Gogoi On Delhi Service Bill: राज्यसभा सांसद और पूर्व सीजेआई रंजन गोगोई ने दिल्ली सेवा वाले बिल पर कहा कि मेरे लिए बिल सही है. किसी के लिए गलत हो सकता है. सदस्य पार्टी के हिसाब से अपना मत रखते हैं.
उन्होंने कहा कि यह कहना गलत कि यह मामला कोर्ट में लंबित है और इस पर सदन में बिल नहीं आ सकता. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष जो लंबित है वह अध्यादेश की वैधता है, और दो प्रश्न संविधान पीठ को भेजे गए हैं और इसका सदन में बहस से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है. गोगोई ने कहा कि विधेयक पूरी तरह से वैध है.
रंजन गोगोई ने कहा कि केंद्र का अध्यादेश आज जिस स्थिति में है, उसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ अतिक्रमण नहीं कहा जा सकता. संसद के पास दिल्ली जैसे केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के लिए कानून बनाने का अधिकार है.
