कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने पश्चिम बंगाल को केंद्रीय फंड के मुद्दे पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को पत्र लिखा है. राहुल गांधी ने पत्र में लिखा, ”मैं आपको पश्चिम बंगाल में एमजीआरईजीएस (महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी योजना) श्रमिकों की विनाशकारी दुर्दशा और न्याय के लिए उनकी निरंतर लड़ाई के बारे में लिख रहा हूं.”
कांग्रेस नेता ने पत्र में कहा, ”भारत जोड़ो न्याय यात्रा के हिस्से के रूप में पश्चिम बंगाल की मेरी हालिया यात्रा के दौरान, पश्चिम बंग खेत मजदूर समिति के मनरेगा श्रमिकों के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने मुझे उनके सामने आने वाले मुद्दों से अवगत कराया. रिप्रजेंटेशन की एक कॉपी यहां प्रस्तुत है.”
राहुल ने लिखा, ”मार्च 2022 से पश्चिम बंगाल के लिए केंद्रीय राशि रुकने के कारण हमारे लाखों भाइयों और बहनों को एमजीआरईजीएस के तहत काम और मजदूरी से वंचित कर दिया गया है.”
