Parliament Special Session Dwell: संसद के विशेष सत्र के दौरान आज तीसरे दिन कार्यवाही होनी है और महिला आरक्षण बिल यानी नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम पर चर्चा भी होगी. इससे पहले लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने नई संसद में मिली संविधान की कॉपी पर सवाल उठाए हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि इस संविधान में सोशलिस्ट सेक्युलर शब्द नहीं है.
समाचार एजेंसी एएनआई के मुताबिक, उन्होंने कहा, “संविधान की जो नई प्रतियां आज (19 सितंबर) हमें दी गईं, जिन्हें हम अपने हाथों में पकड़कर (नए संसद भवन) में प्रवेश कर गए. इसकी प्रस्तावना में ‘सोशलिस्ट सेक्युलर’ शब्द नहीं है. हम जानते हैं कि ये शब्द 1976 में एक संशोधन के बाद जोड़े गए थे, लेकिन अगर आज कोई हमें संविधान देता है और उसमें ये शब्द नहीं हैं, तो यह चिंता का विषय है.”
कांग्रेस नेता ने आगे कहा, “उनकी मंशा संदिग्ध है. ये बड़ी चतुराई से किया गया है. ये मेरे लिए चिंता का विषय है. मैंने इस मुद्दे को उठाने की कोशिश की लेकिन मुझे इस मुद्दे को उठाने का मौका नहीं मिला.”
