Hazira (Surat) [India], February 27:  The fire and security team of ArcelorMittal Nippon Metal India (AM/NS India) rescued the driver of a dumper truck after the car’s cabin obtained mangled in a street accident.

The fire management room of AM/NS India, Hazira acquired a name within the early hours of Saturday from the plant’s safety management room informing a few collision involving a coal-loaded truck dumper bearing registration quantity GJ16AV8885, and a parked dumper (GJ21W4399) close to Surat-Hazira bypass street close to Hazira village strategy street.

Upon arrival on the scene, the fire team assessed the state of affairs and realised that the truck driver, later recognized as Prakash Saha, was trapped contained in the badly broken car cabin. The team, together with the fire crews from SMC and GAIL, used moveable cutters to chop by way of a portion of the cabin and rescued Saha from the car. Saha, who was acutely aware all through the rescue operation, suffered accidents on his leg and thigh. He was handed over to a team of 108 ambulance.
